This intrinsically safe mining monitoring device operates based on a gas-sensitive principle and is specifically designed to detect smoke and combustible gases in various underground coal mine environments. It effectively identifies early signs of fire caused by mechanical friction, cable overheating, coal seam spontaneous combustion, and other hazards. The sensor is suitable for deployment in critical areas such as belt conveyor roadways, electromechanical chambers, mining districts, and working faces.
Equipped with an RS485 communication interface, the sensor can transmit alarm commands in real time and supports passive switch output (outputs logic "1" during alarms). Upon detecting smoke or flammable gases such as propane, the device immediately triggers a flashing red indicator for both local and remote warnings. The product features excellent sealing, requires no calibration, and ensures reliable performance, making it ideal for harsh underground coal mine conditions.
