Developed in compliance with intelligent mine construction standards, this system aims to achieve "reduced human intervention, and even unmanned ventilation operations." Guided by the principles of accurate measurement, precise calculation, and smart control of airflow, it establishes an integrated intelligent ventilation management system. The system combines precise airflow monitoring, intelligent diagnostics and early warning, efficient decision-making, and remote control capabilities.
Built on a microservices architecture with airflow as the core, the system integrates airflow sensors, ventilation power equipment, and air regulation facilities. It incorporates multi-source environmental data from various systems and elements, along with proprietary ventilation network resolution algorithms, to construct intelligent regulation decision-making models. This enables functionalities such as on-demand air supply, emergency airflow adjustment, and adaptive air control during daily operations and disaster scenarios, providing robust support for mine safety and operational efficiency.
The Intelligent Ventilation Management Platform consists of the following eight subsystems:
· Precise Airflow Monitoring Subsystem
· Full-Section Automatic Airflow Measurement Subsystem
· Ventilation Network Resolution Subsystem
· Ventilation Anomaly Early Warning Subsystem
· Air Regulation Facility Monitoring and Control Subsystem
· Ventilation Power Monitoring and Control Subsystem
· Disaster Ventilation Emergency Control Subsystem
· Ventilation 3D Simulation Subsystem
