The Mine Gas Drainage Multi-Parameter Sensor is an intrinsically safe device designed to monitor key parameters in gas drainage pipelines, both in underground coal mines and on the surface. It provides local real-time display of flow rate, pressure, temperature, methane concentration, and carbon monoxide levels.
1. Incorporates high-precision differential pressure sensing elements and big data algorithm technology, enabling accurate flow measurement as low as 0.4 m/s.
2. Features automatic zero-point calibration to minimize maintenance requirements and improve low-flow stability.
3. Designed with a clamp-on mounting structure and integrated drain port for simplified installation and upkeep.
4. Supports methane and carbon monoxide monitoring within pipelines; utilizes a single cable for both power and data transmission.
5. The flow sampling unit allows bidirectional installation and offers front-facing display and operation independent of flow direction.
6. Features a quick-release flow sampling unit compatible with pipe diameters ranging from DN100 to DN1500.
